Dick has faithfully served GBB for many years. He is on our GBB National board. The following is a copied e-mail regarding his accident on Saturday and associated prayer needs.
Dick's accident was on Saturday. Dick was cutting a branch out of a tree and fell. He has a broken wrist. He will have surgery for the wrist, putting in a plate and a couple of screws TOMORROW (Wed 9/9/09)....During checks at the hospital, they were looking for internal bleeding. These checks revealed a mass on Dick's kidney. He will be having surgery to remove the kidney after his arm is stable. It will take some more tests, and scheduling the operation....probably sometime in October. Please pray for Dick. Thanks.
